Our Story
Founded to spare you what we paid to learn.
We started in 2014 as a favor — helping friends of friends navigate a closing in Salvador. Within a year, the favors had become a practice. Today we close more than 80 transactions a year for clients across thirty-one nationalities.
We have never advertised. Every client has come by referral, and we intend to keep it that way. A small practice means we know your file by name, not by number.

We accept no commissions from sellers or developers. Our only compensation is your retainer.

We say no, often.
A walked-away deal is a successful diligence. We will tell you when a property is not what it appears.

We close, or we refund.
If a transaction fails for any reason inside our scope, we return the relevant phase of the retainer in full.
